These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, 25to55LifeDesign.com (the “Site”), and any of our related services, courses, and content (collectively, the “Services”). This document is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and The Life Architect Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

• Account Security: If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.

  E. Product availability and payments

  The currently published downloadable resources are free. Paid workbooks and toolkits are in development and are not available to purchase.

  When a paid product is released, its price, currency, delivery details and applicable support and refund terms will be provided before checkout opens. Paid checkout will use Flutterwave’s hosted payment page. The Studio does not collect bank or card credentials through its resource forms.

  F. Intellectual Property

  All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and course materials, is the property of The Life Architect Studio and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
